Represented by the managing directors Dietmar Broscheit, Frank Kaiser, Valentin Rogg and Alexander Staude, we endeavor to make the website www.coucou-hotel.de as accessible as possible.

Our aim is to provide all users – regardless of technical aids or physical limitations – with the easiest possible access to our information.

Current status of accessibility

An internal audit in July 2025 found that the website is largely accessible. However, there are still a few areas that may not be fully accessible:
– Videos published before June 28, 2025 do not have subtitles in some cases.
– Images without content relevance (e.g. decorative elements) are sometimes integrated without alternative texts so as not to misleadingly burden screen readers with redundant information.
– Individual fonts that are part of the corporate design do not always meet the highest standards in terms of contrast and legibility.
– External content, such as embedded maps or booking platforms, are beyond our control. No guarantee can be given for their accessibility.
– Certain essential third-party plugins, over whose design and functionality we have no influence.
