Natural reservations and its sustainability isn´t just just a marketing phrase for us, we life the slogan! We incorporated sustainability from the first moment, when we planned the hotel. We partnered with Sleep Green, Betterspace and the Kuckucksstuben partners, which are spear heading sustainability. Only when we protect the lateral reservations, we can protect the Black Forest for the future.

betterspace
Betterspace offeres different tools to reduce the wastage of resources in the hotel. It can control the heating system, for example lower the temrature when the room is empty or turn off the temperature when the window is opened. You can also cancel the room cleaning attendants when not needed, for that you get a voucher at the Bar as an added bonus.
fairtrade & local
Our cosmetic bathroom products are fairtrade, but even more important is, that our producs are local manufactured. Most of the food we offer is from local producers from the Black Forest and Freiburg region, all of our hotel linen come from Bonndorf, which is only 24km away and they use only organic detergents to wash.
